We offer free site visits and estimates for most repair and maintenance projects. However, for full renovation services (such as complete kitchen, bathroom, or basement remodels), we do charge a small fee for the initial site visit and consultation. This helps cover the time and detail required to provide accurate, customized planning. If you move forward with the project, the fee is applied toward your final invoice.
For most projects, we require a signed agreement and a deposit to schedule your work. Payment is typically broken into two or three stages: deposit, progress payment (if applicable), and final payment upon completion. All terms are clearly outlined in your estimate and contract — no surprises.
Yes! For renovation projects like kitchens, bathrooms, or basements, we’re happy to offer layout suggestions, material guidance, and smart design ideas based on your space, goals, and budget. While we don’t provide formal architectural plans, we bring practical, functional solutions to every job.
